Preparation (Mutton Gravy)

let's get started to make this recipe to a pressure cooker. I'm adding four teaspoons of oil and let this heat up meanwhile I'm going to crush one green chili and 1/4 teaspoon of fennel seeds you can also coarsely grind this in a mixer grinder to the hot oil I'm going to add 1 cinnamon stick, 6 cloves, 5 cardamom crushed green chili and fennel seeds and 2 bay leaf to this I am going to add 20 small onions and one big onion which I have finely chopped so take this on a medium flame for around two to three minutes until they turn translucent and now to this I'm going to add 2 tablespoons of ginger garlic paste mix it well and saute this on medium flame until the raw smell from the ginger garlic leaves and now to this I'm going to add one and a half teaspoon of chili powder, 1 teaspoon of kashmiri chili powder to give that vibrant red color 2 teaspoons of coriander powder, 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, and one teaspoon of garam masala mix it well and to this, i'm going to add 750 grams of mutton which I have cleaned thoroughly and also one potato which I have roughly chopped mix all the ingredients well and to this.

Final Touch up (One pot Mutton Gravy)

I'm going to add 9 to 10 cloves of garlic with the skin on crushed coarsely just crush and add it and to this I'm going to add the required amount of rock salt and now we are going to mix this thoroughly and add around half to one cup of water and close the lid and let this pressure cook for five whistles or until the mutton turns tender and now the pressure has released let's open this wow it smells amazing to give it a nice mix you can also add coconut paste towards the end but this will taste yummy as it is the mutton is very soft and well-cooked look at it definitely give this a try.
