HOMEMADE MALAI KULFI

Hey guys!

  •  First, turn on the stove and take a pan, fill it with 2 liters of milk. Add 1/4th tsp saffron powder. 
  • Stir well. stir and boil in medium flame. stir occasionally and keep in the sim(low flame) for 15 minutes. 
  • Then the milk becomes thicker. stir well and scrape sides. milk will reach the perfect consistency.

INSTANT MAWA PREPARATION

Take another pan, add 1 cup of cream, and add half cup milk, then add milk powder(unsweetened) 1 cup mix well until it gets the texture, break lumps, the mix was well combined, then cook at low flame, it becomes thicker, again stir well it turns to paste consistency and holds shape, easy to separate.
Finally instant mawa ready.

Break the mawa into pieces and add it with the above-boiled milk(Kova). stir well. it becomes well combined, add half a cup of sugar.mix well and keep in the sim for 2 mins, it gets grainy texture. add half tsp cardamon powder, 2 tbsp chopped cashew, 2 tbsp chopped pistachios, 2 tbsp chopped almonds. mix well, the KULFI MIXTURE is ready to set. fill in molds, close tight, freeze for 8hours. after 8 hours it will set completely and dip the glass in water, then insert a stick.  
KESAR~PISTA MALAI KULFI is ready. ( traditional Indian ice cream)

  • 2.5 liters of Milk
  • Safron powder
  • Milk cream
  • Milk powder
  • Half cup of Sugar
  • Half tsp Cardamon powder
  • 2tbsp chopped Cashew
  • 2tbsp chopped Pistachois
  • 2tbsp chopped Almonds
