HOMEMADE MAYONNAISE

Today I will tell you, How to make Mayonnaise at home. So let us start the recipe.
MAYONNAISE PREPARATION
First, take the ingredients 200 - 250ml Oil (Sunflower Oil), 2 Egg Yolks, 1/4 tsp Pepper Powder, Juice of half lemon, 1 tsp Vinegar, 1/2 tsp Salt, and 1/4 tsp Mustard seeds. Grain the Mustard seeds into smaller particles or else use Mustard Sauce and separate Egg yolks from the Egg white (Albumen).
Take a bowl with 2 Eggs and stir it well then add 200 - 250ml of Oil for 2 Eggs. Don't add 200 - 250ml oil at the same time, Add small small ml throughout the process and stir together. After finishing add 1 tsp Vinegar, Juice of half lemon, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 Pepper powder. Stir well until it changes to white color.
After it gets white color, transfer it into a small jar and keep it in Refrigerator for a while then your mayonnaise is completely prepared. Now you can use this with Chicken, Bread and also more.

- 1/2 tsp Salt.
